I got a new computer recently & put Ubuntu on it.

Now the previous Ubuntu computer Im transitioning from was about a 600Mhz PIII with 256Mb RAM & something like a 32Mb Radion video card. Needless to say the special effects were not enabled on that system.

Now I turned what I think is everything on expecting maybe some window shadows or semi-transparent windows & some spiffy animated transitions.
Instead I got windows that bounce around and stick to eachother, or slosh around like a bowl of jello when I move them.
This is too freakin cool, Ive never seen anything like it before outside of Flash movie experiments.

What other kind of super-spiffy special effects that I can use as an excuse to bug my neighbors am I missing ?
