I am useing red hat linux enterpriz 5. But there is great problem that i am not able to use my modem for internet.Beacause in that modem have a software whice install automatic in window,mac operating system. But i want to use it in my linux. Is it possible to setup the modem in my linux?Please help me

Note: Customar care of that modem have told me that it will be install. But i do not know how.
