Description:
Catalyst Repository Systems is looking for a Web Developer with extensive CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and JavaScript library (jQuery, Yahoo, DOJO, etc.) experience. Candidate will join a team working on a new web ui for it’s flagship product. Web ui will be written using CSS, HTML, JQuery and AJAX technologies. Specific job responsibilities include:
• Develop robust, high-performing, secure, globalized web applications using the latest technologies.
• Work with a team of designers and information architects to deliver easy to use and appealing web applications.
• Participate in and conduct code reviews
• Follow and contribute to software development best practices
• Work with web designers and information architects to deliver interesting and appealing web applications.
A successful candidate will have strong front-end Web development experience using CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX technologies and a minimum of 5 years of web application development experience utilizing CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.



Additional preferred qualifications include AJAX experience using JSON/XML, knowledge of .Net technologies and XML/XQUERY/XPATH, experience with REST (like) API’s and XML parsing and JSON feeds and expert level understanding of the DOM.
