UI Designer



NOTE: This role will be based out of our SF SOMA office 4 days a week, and our Mountain View office at least 1 day a week.



What we’re looking for:

1. At least 2 years design experience with complex web applications and/or games
   
2. B.S. in Fine Arts w/emphasis on Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
   
3. You have a solid understanding of HTML/CSS/AJAX
   
4. Advanced design/creative skills in website UI design and usable layouts
   
5. Ability to translate verbal or written concepts into visually stunning layouts
   
6. You are militant about usability and the user experience
   
7. Proven understanding of the tools necessary to complete the design of various creative projects including Photoshop and Illustrator, and HTML editing

1. Strong portfolio available for review

What you’ll do:

1. Create fully rendered usable interfaces for online social games and related features
   
2. Work closely with the engineers, producers and artists at all stages of the product cycle to develop creative interfaces to promote the best user experience

1. Provide solid insight in areas of user interface design, graphics optimization, navigation, site layout, usability design, and overall website & game design practices
