We create web based subscription services that provide business centers that ensure success by automating and organizing day to day operations. We provide a very affordable means to implement systems and structure. We turn chaos and inconsistency into simple systems that anyone can use. Allmoxy businesses don’t require a superman entrepreneur to run them. Our company is in the startup phase, just at the tail end of the first round of seed funding. Our product is ready for launch.



Required:



* References of previous work
* 2 years of experience developing PHP Applications
* 2 years experience developing dynamic front-end server-side application with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX and CSS
* Knowledge of Javascript libraries such as Ext, JQuery, YUI, JSON
* Experience with SVN, CVS or other version control system
* Expert-level knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, and relational databases (MySQL)
* Able to work in a collaborative environment
* Self-motivated; able to quickly pick up new technologies and suggest improvements for existing technologies
* Excellent communication skills
* A passionate web developer in touch with industry trends and technologies
* A healthy respect for the user experience, browser compatibility and page performance
* Aware of best practices for web development and able to communicate and share this knowledge
* Knowledge of full web site production life cycle
* A passion for web development that goes beyond working hours
* Work with marketing, sales, support and engineering teams, gathering needs and requirements to develop solutions to aid these teams
* Solid cross-browser CSS knowledge, and awareness of cross-browser issues
* Someone who can be resourceful, pragmatic and creative
* An individual who can multi-task and self manage effectively

What You Will Do:



* Participate in architecture and implementing new features
* Develop the back-end infrastructure and front-end features using all the buzzwords: PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, Ext, JQuery, YUI, JSON and other open-source technologies
* Develop, design, test, and maintain highly innovative and scalable web-based applications
* Maintain php-based eCommerce websites
* Implement web services
* Maintain current and legacy systems and pages
* Brainstorm new ideas as part of the team
* Troubleshoot and fix bugs
* Performance tuning

What you will not do:



* Fill out time sheets
* Write lengthy technical specifications
* Attend unnecessary meetings
* Create laboriously detailed project plans
* Use any Microsoft products
* Act like a dummy-head
