Drew Barrymore wears a fun bow tie with her loose-fitting striped top as she leaves Italian trattoria/brasserie Gemma in the East Village neighborhood of New York City on Friday afternoon (August 21).


The 34-year-old actress flashed a little flesh while leaving the restaurant, showing off the butterfly tattoo underneath her bellybutton.


Drew has been in the city to shoot her new movie Going The Distance with co-star (and real-life on-again boyfriend) Justin Long.
